This week I want to shine a spotlight on the successes of women within the direct selling industry. As leaders these women create businesses and coaching programs that help women find success as entrepreneurs in direct selling. I have been able to connect with a few of these women over the years and they continue to be an inspiration to me and hundreds of thousands of women around the world.

I met Kathy in 2007 and I was impressed with her drive to actively work and communicate with Isagenix independent associates in the field. Her focus was clear and that was to be a supportive leader to Isagenix associates around the world. Kathy Coover was a co-founding executive of Isagenix which began in 2002. Previously she was a top earner in other direct selling companies. More recently, in 2013 she received the Silver Stevie Award for Female Executive of the Year from the American Business Awards. She knows the efforts and action that must be taken to build a successful direct marketing business. She inspires women to develop skills that will lead them to financial freedom.

Kathy said about the award, “It’s really an award for our Associates, for all the hard work they have done to build this company. There is so much to be thankful for at Isagenix right now. Our momentum is astounding!”
