TunedHosting.Com Pre-Launch Of New MLM Affiliate Opportunity

by Tim Dini » Sat Jun 11, 2016 9:03 am

PORTLAND, OREGON - JUNE 2016: Tuned Hosting Updating Their Affiliate Program To 10 Level Expanding Forced Network Affiliate Program. New Company Supported Program To Provide Leads, Sales And New Affiliate Member Signups To All Qualified Tuned Hosting Affiliates.

PRE-LAUNCH DATES JUNE 1-15, 2016

Here's Why Hosting is a Great Choice For MLM ...

Internet hosting is one of the fastest growing industries on record, and for good reason. It is a growth industry with tens of thousands of business and personal websites going online each week. The internet has become an integral part of virtually every business, who now need hosting in some way in order to stay in business. Without internet hosting, businesses are literally ‘off line’.

Over 90% of businesses still haven't begun to scratch the surface of their hosting requirements. The largest growth in the hosting industry is just starting now, and those in position to take advantage of this growth will receive monthly residual profits now and well into the future.

The internet hosting services industry rapidly expanded at 11.2% annual growth in the five years from 2010 to 2015 to 16 billion dollars annually. Now, driven by high demand from companies expanding their web presence, growth is expected to explode exponentially, reaching 143.8 billion by 2020.

Hosting Requires Ongoing Consumption

Hosting is a service requiring ongoing consumption. Like electricity, businesses consume their hosting service. The cost of hosting is now part of many businesses’ operating budget, including planned increases in future spending. As more and more businesses begin to embrace the internet, or continue to grow their internet presence and capabilities, hosting companies are assured long term business opportunities, which translates into monthly recurring profits.

Hosting Has Long-Term Customers

Businesses typically stay with the same hosting company for many years. According to Ditlev Bredahl of OnApp.com, retention rates of shared hosting companies is as high to 85% annually, which includes companies providing lower quality services. Once a business hires a high quality premium hosting company, they tend to remain a loyal customer longer, which translates into long term residual income.

Hosting Is More Efficient

Hosting services do not require any physical packaging, handling, shipping or other related issues like breakage and returned goods. Nor do hosting service companies encounter inventory issues like size and color variables, flavor options and shelf life. Hosting has a very clear supply and demand process where increases or decreases in production can be changed at the push of a button.

Hosting Has Less Resistence

Hosting services are not in competition with the do-it-yourself (DIY) types. Many people are not interested in purchasing from you because they believe they can achieve the desired results on their own. They feel they can purchase their own products or teach themselves for less money. With hosting services, they do not really have those options. The technical skill level and financial resources required to operate an internet server is not typically within their skill set nor their price range.

Hosting Is Less Risky

Hosting services also carry less risk as a general industry when compared to many popular products/services currently being promoted. The health, wellness and weightless industries are heavily regulated and under constant scrutiny from government authorities. Investment, legal and insurance related industries are similarly heavily regulated and scrutinized. Companies providing supplements, recommendations and advice in these industries are always one major lawsuit or law change away from destruction, and their affiliates may also be at risk individually.

Two things come to mind when I looked at your post. First it is too long so I lost interest quick, secondly the highest level of pay is on level 10 and 99.9% of everyone that joins will not get to that level, so to me this company could care less about its distributors.

Tim Dini wrote:I’m writing to announce the pre-launch of the multi-level affiliate program from Tuned Hosting in Portland, Oregon EDITED

Before discussing the compensation plan and program details, I will first describe the company and the services currently provided by Tuned Hosting, and also why I believe hosting services to be a great match for a network marketing sales plan.

SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS ELEMENTS

Many elements necessary for any business to grow and prosper over time, are the same elements whether the business includes a network marketing based sales plan or not.

Regardless of their selling dynamics and pricing models, every business needs principals with vision and foresight, a solid management team, dedicated customer support, flexibility, scalability and a viable product/service in a growing market space. Missing any of these elements increases the potential for failure.

Tuned Hosting is owned by Tuned Enterprises, LLC, Portland, Oregon, a business incorporated by Founder and CEO, Richard (Rick) Weston. Rick is self-described as “Owner and Chief Geek” at Tuned Hosting where he and his team are quick to respond to all queries.

Tuned Hosting services are co-managed at their data center to provide the highest levels of network support and stability. The data center management team was founded in 2005.

Tuned Enterprises, LLC also owns WP-MLM (wpmlm[DOT]com) and WP Leads Press (wpleadspress[DOT]com), two popular mlm recruiting/affiliate and team building plugins for WordPress websites.

Rick’s vision is to continue building the best hosting service and customer support possible at a price reachable to most businesses and community organizations. He is a true technician whose designs are the backbone of the Tuned Hosting servers which are monitored and managed 24/7/365.

Owning and operating a world class hosting facility is a major responsibility with consistent equipment upgrades, hardware configurations, software updates and ongoing security procedures. All of these require the very best technicians and support personnel. It's a big business with a lot of procedures and responsibilities and Rick and his technicians are up to the task.

Rick also understands the importance of business management and customer support and has surrounded himself with dedicated business experts and customer support personnel to ensure the long term success of the company.

The Tuned Hosting team has developed a technical infrastructure and business plan that is solid and scalable, yet flexible enough to stay ahead of industry changes in terms of both technology and business operations.

The best way to understand the need and reason Tuned Hosting came to be, you can read Rick in his own words on his Tuned Hosting blog where he is always honest and upfront with information about the company and their services. Here’s a good place to start: tunedhosting[DOT]com/tuned-hosting-for-everyone/

Tuned Hosting provides Shared, VPS, Dedicated and Cloud Dedicated hosting as well as domain registration and transfer services. Their prices are very competitive and many additional features are included with each of their services that are typically additional costs through their competitors.

HOSTING AS A BUSINESS MODEL

- Jacob Gube, founder and editor-in-chief at Six Revisions notes that business websites are booming, "…even small businesses that have struggled in the past to have a website because of resource and financial constraints are now finally going online," noting that this has made it “much more viable for businesses to discover new ways of generating revenue.”

- Phil Stalnaker, Director of Business Development at Atilus writes, "Technologies like mobile responsiveness, video players, app to website connections and dynamic content has helped websites evolve and grow to become the housing of all the different ways to interact with a company.”

- Ian Mills, CEO and co-founder of the Australian-based web design and online marketing company MagicDust writes, “…websites are the first impression for a company, no matter its size or annual turnover… business owners are now mindful of the importance of user experience and scalability with a website. We now see businesses from all backgrounds investing in functionality that is specific to their business requirements, to value add for their own clients…”

Hosting is a service requiring ongoing consumption. Like electricity, businesses consume their hosting service. The cost of hosting is now part of many businesses’ operating budget, including planned increases in future spending. As more and more businesses begin to embrace the internet, or continue to grow their internet presence and capabilities, hosting companies are assured long term business opportunities.

Hosting services are not in competition with do-it-yourself (DIY) personalities. Many people looking at network marketing products are not interested in purchasing because they believe they can achieve the desired results on their own. They feel they can purchase their own products or teach themselves for less money. With hosting services, they do not really have those options. The technical skill level and financial resources required to operate an internet server is not typically within their skill set nor their price range.

Hosting services also carry less risk as a general industry when compared to many popular network marketing products/services currently being promoted. Investment, legal and insurance related industries are similarly heavily regulated and scrutinized. Companies providing supplements, recommendations and advice in these industries are always one major lawsuit or law change away from destruction, and their affiliates may also be personally at risk (individually).

NETWORK MARKETING COMPENSATION PLANS

The specifics of a compensation plan are not most important to me. As long as the plan is modeled on a structure that is known to be successful, and matches well with the product/service, I am satisfied with most compensation plans. I do not get involved in debates over what style compensation plan is better when compared to another.

Tuned Hosting Founder and CEO Rick Weston is a veteran network marketer. Rick is aware of the compensation plan options available, and has chosen a compensation plan that he believes to be the best fit for his hosting business model.

The Tuned Hosting compensation plan is a 3x10 expanding forced network. There are no direct signups to the company, meaning Tuned Hosting doesn't allow signups without a referrer. All company acquired signups are placed under a qualified affiliate, both sales and affiliate signups included. Rather than keep the sales direct to the company, they are placed into the network and attributed to qualified affiliates in an algorithmic balanced configuration.

The Tuned Hosting Compensation Plan Overview

20% commission is paid on all personal sales of Shared, VPS, Dedicated or Cloud Dedicated hosting services every month the service is paid.

Additional commissions are paid on up to 10 levels of active affiliate sales as follows:

    1 - 5%
    2 - 2%
    3 - 1%
    4 - 1%
    5 - 1%
    6 - 2%
    7 - 3%
    8 - 5%
    9 - 7%
    10 - 10%
Sales qualifications to earn on levels are as follows:

3 personally referred active sales opens Levels 1-3
    4 opens level 4
    5 opens level 5
    6 opens level 6
    7 opens level 7
    8 opens level 8
    9 opens level 9
    10 opens level 10
Affiliates must maintain X number of active sales to be paid on each level, i.e. 3 active sales of Shared, VPS, Dedicated or Cloud Dedicated hosting will allow you to be paid on sales of your team through level 3, 4 sales for level 4, 5 sales for level 5 and so on through level 10

*Levels 8-10 require one (1) new hosting sale during the month to be made personally by Affiliate to qualify for commissions on these levels. For example, if affiliate has 10 active accounts they are qualified to earn on all 10 levels, however if they do not make a new sale during the month they will not qualify to earn on levels 8-10 that month. This is to ensure all affiliates are actively promoting the services and acquiring new sales monthly.

Additional bonuses and commissions will be announced in the future.

As Tuned Hosting grows and becomes more profitable through volume of sales, they will pass those profits through to affiliates in the form of additional incentives for team building, sales volume, etc. These will then turn into commissions such as check matching bonuses for number of personally referred affiliates, profit pools and other incentives.

UNDERSTANDING THE RISK

My experience in network marketing is long and varied. Two keys to my success are long term consumable products/services and the replicability of the sales process.

I’ve already establish hosting as a long term consumable product/service and why I believe hosting services are a great choice for a network marketing sales plan.

Regarding replicability of the sales process, questions I ask are:

    • Is the sales process simple to understand and explain?
    • Is the sales process easy to perform?
    • Is the sales process scalable?
    • What sales resources does the company provide?
In conversations with Rick, I know he is planning to provide resources and support to affiliates with the same focus and dedication he does in his hosting services. However, the Tuned Hosting multi-level program is brand new, and affiliate resources and training materials are still being formed.

Network marketing veterans in master level positions are coordinating with Rick to develop sales training videos, lead generation systems, presentation and promotional resources and other affiliate support mechanisms.

EDITED

FINAL THOUGHTS AND DISCLOSURE

By now it should be clear why I believe hosting is a long term solid industry that connects well with the network marketing industry.

    • Hosting is a consumable service in a growing market space with tremendous scalability and upside potential.
    • Hosting is not a physical product with inventory, shipping and handling concerns which are often ‘choke points’, especially in today’s digital age.
    • Hosting involves less risk from regulatory agencies and attitudes when compared to other products/services offered by most major network marketing companies.
DISCLOSURE: I am a Tuned Hosting Master Affiliate.

An unofficial rule of network marketing professionals is to only consider opportunities with a minimum 5 year track record. This is especially true for networkers with large downlines at risk, and I am intimately aware of the rationale. I have experienced the damaging effects ‘getting in on the ground floor’ can cause … does anyone want to buy some jewelry?

So, isn’t my joining the Tuned Hosting affiliate program at this time a little risky?

It is, but I have an additional rationale … I have online marketing skills and tools that all but ensure a return on my investment, and as a Master Affiliate, I am participating in the affiliate resource and training development process.

Therefore, I am in control of my own destiny, which is exactly the type of opportunities I have embraced my entire entrepreneurial career.

These are two quotes I keep in mind with regard to opportunities and timing:

Abraham Lincoln wrote, “We can complain because rose bushes have thorns, or rejoice because thorn bushes have roses.”

Benjamin Franklin wrote, “You may delay, but time will not.”

Personal sales are most important. 20% monthly is a great commission for affiliates in the hosting space.
We care about all distributors at all levels and dedicated relationship builders will reach level 10.
