Kat Robbins

Kat Robbins has more than a decade of experience managing customer service teams in software, real estate, retail, and network marketing. At Big Local she built a call center of six agents up to sixty-five. In the year and a half she’s been with InfoTrax Systems, she has taken over management of both the call center and the tech support team, creating the opportunity to provide even better customer support via synergy.

 

Kat has an Associate’s degree in Political Science and History, an Associate’s in Classical Music—she has a particular passion for guitar—and has spent three years working toward a History Education degree.
