Eric has extensive experience as a business consultant and as a corporate executive.

Over the past 27 years, he has been an Owner, Partner, Chairman, CEO, Company Executive, and consultant to a variety of domestic, multi-national, and global companies.

Most recently he was Senior V.P. and Managing Director at Neways International and Nikken, two multi-national hundred million dollar companies. In this capacity, Eric hired and managed key executives, managed and collaborated with domestic and international departments from around the world, including markets in the USA, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, the United Kingdom, Israel, Russia, Canada and Mexico.

Graduating at the top of his class with a double major and BA at Southern Utah State College (now Southern Utah University) in 1975, Eric attended the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, receiving his JD in 1978. He is currently a member of the Utah State Bar Association, a certified trainer in Organizational Transition, and a qualified user of a number of psychological instruments, including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator “MBTI.”

Eric also speaks fluent Spanish, having lived two years in South America.
